- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair for the services we order and relatively competitive to the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Scheduler, Dee helps new clients decide which one of our professionals would be the best fit for each client's particular need. Then, we schedule an initial appointment. Clients are emailed a form to complete with their background information, so that the first session can be used most efficiently. During the initial appointment, client and professional will get to know each other and decide if they would be a good fit. The professional will provide feedback about what their sessions would look like, what can be expected, and answer any other questions that may arise. The process towards a better life starts right there. It is important that clients feel comfortable with their professional which is the main goal for this first meeting.
