- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate for general administrative work, posting services, social media management, and ad creation. If press releases or design work are require, there will be an additional fee for those services. Also, all agreed upon advertising costs will be billed to the customer. If the customer prefers, I am open to creating a flat rate quote, with the understanding that additional may be added to the quote with consent of both the client and the consultant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with the client, identify their current marketing/PR plan (if they have one), and establish agreed upon goals for the client. From there, I like to create a comprehensive plan for the client so they can see everything that I am planning for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Public Relations and Sports Communications & Marketing student and I have a very wide range of scope when it comes to marketing. I've worked in different fields, each with my job revolving around digital and traditional marketing.
