Growing up I in my home I had the pleasure of having a mother that was a chef.. After leaving the next is was a rude awakening that I was not able to prepare meals even close to the degree that she was capable of.. It wasn't long before I tired of Ramen and cereal before I began to crave home cooked meals that didn't leave me feeling sluggish and unhealthy. After meeting Michael all of this changed.. Michael is a thoughtful and considerate cook and very capable of making a meal that is nutritious, affordable and enjoyable. Normally when you buy meals that are prepared ahead of time and waist line considerate the portion sizes are small yet tasted but leave you feeling unfulfilled as if you just barely polished off an appetizer. These meals hit the mark with fresh, robust flavors that hit the spot. Michael has reached a wonderful balance between healthy, tasty and affordable. His dedication to service in general and his treatment of customers is top notch. The food is fresh and well seasoned. Color me a content customer. :)

Michael is an outstanding chef. His meals are delicious! It's hard to keep up with health sometimes in this busy go go world. It's nice to come home to pre-prepared meals!! Since beginning his program, I have lost 10 lbs and have more energy than ever. I will definetly keep this service as part of my "get healthy" routine. It easy, affordable and totally worth it! Highly recommend.

I've been lucky enough to experience both his personal chef creations AND his catering and OMG! I don't know how Michael can turn such vibrant healthy ingredients into Comfort Food that looks AND tastes like art! You can tell he really puts a lot of thought, creativity and love into the food he creates. And I've always felt truly satiated. It's quite an experience.
