- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical projects are billed 50% prior to commencement and remainder due upon completion. Smaller or larger projects may be billed differently depending upon the project timeline and materials required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a written estimate describing the process and products proposed for your project. For most projects we will schedule an on-site evaluation to discuss your plan and/or recommend designs to meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 4th generation builder with over 20 years experience building and renovating custom homes.
