George was phenomenal. He responded to my request extremely quick. Came out the same day for an estimate. Told me what I needed and did not upsell for unneeded product. Like with so many companies they stay around a while and take forever to complete the work. He showed up had everything ready before knocking on the door. Walked in and started working. This company was very unprofessional. They did not call me when they said they would. I finally got ahold of them and scheduled a time for them to come out and give me an estimate, but they never showed. They never gave me a reason why. Just didn’t show. Hi John. Thank you for your review. We scheduled in the beginning and called you to confirm but you didn't answer so there was no confirmation. We went to your location but no one was home. You called us back within a couple of days and we rescheduled you since we wanted to help you with your project. We called you again to go over the details of the project but there was no answer. After a period of time, you reached out to us in Thumbtack saying that we never showed up for a scheduled appointment and never answer your text messages, how did we schedule it than before? Unfortunately, we can not help customers who do not want to be helped. There are many people who need our help! There was no service that was provided to you. We wish you the best with your project.
