- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different as is defines each customer. In construction/remodeling there is no set price. It all depends on the customer, their personality, characteristics and likings. Each is customer is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally go out to the job site to give the estimates as each job is different. I also feel that this gives me the opportunity to let the customer see me and what I am about. I listen to the customers and their ideas and give feed back or additional ideas if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction and remodeling industry for over 20 years. I started at the age of 16 as a helper and enjoy building and creating with my hands. I can envision a finished product before it is constructed.
