Yes, we use an flat rate, variable sq. ft. rates, and hourly rates. Most prices are determined using one of the three, and others are tailored made to the clients desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Pre-Consultation (profile developed for clients desires and needs) 2. Appt date/time and Address Confirmation 3. 30 minute notification when crew is in route 4. Initial walk thru with client once at home 5. Profile checklist complete during cleaning
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with the cleanest clients, where we wondered why've were even hired. We have also worked for hoarders, that felt there was no solution to their situation. You'd be surprised at how well even a bad situation can turn out.
