- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A Little Touch of Sugar, is a Cottage based bakery featuring custom buttercream cakes (no fondant), cupcakes and other desserts. Currently offering contactless delivery due to Covid. (Certain fee may apply.) Because I create custom items, prices vary per order. Visit our website for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please have the following ready when placing an order: 1) Date of your event 2) Number of servings 3) Flavor, filling 4) Delivery Location 5) Picture or idea of what you would like All quotes will be honored for 1 week. Once you place your order with me, a 50% retainer fee needs to be paid as soon as possible. Only orders with a paid 50% retainer fee will be reserved and placed on my calendar. Currently payment can be made via Paypal, Square or Venmo. Orders of $60 and under must be paid in one full payment prior to delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We treat every order with the utmost care and put all our efforts into baking and decorating desserts for any occasion.
