My fees vary per the extent of service needed. Standard full service fees for traditional services are as follows: - Listing property to be sold: 6% - Listing property to be leased: One month rental rate - Representing buyers: no charge to buyer as seller usually pays commision - Property management service fees vary according to number of units and services needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter the type of business that a client needs me to conduct, we always have an initial consultation to establish their goals an expectations as well as my advice on a viable course of action. We always start with a strong plan and set honest expectations so that their experience is not stressful or full of unpleasant surprises.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was recruited by Camden Property Trust in 2009. I worked my way up from leasing consultant to management and received top property management training from one of the nation's leading firms.
