- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and customize my estimates to Match what my clients need. I am extremely flexible in my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start with a meet and greet to get to know the client and their pets. I can do this at your home or a dog park/outdoor patio if you are uncomfortable with a stranger coming to your home initially.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in animal science. I have taken my national exam and state boards to be a licensed veterinary technician. I've had this title for over 3 years. I also have training in giving oral chemotherapy.
