What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the new customer at a place and time of their convenience to find out of their bookkeeping needs and concerns, gain an understanding of their work flows and business operations. I discuss with them their preferred transfer of data, i.e., Accountant's Copy, Flash Drive, Dropbox, Logmein, QuickBooks Online, or working at the client's place of business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with 19 years of QuickBooks experience. I am working towards an Associates degree in Business, and a Bachelors in Accounting. I have had three Accounting classes and understand well the importance of booking transactions correctly into the proper account.
