Our project included researching and ordering computer servers, software, printers, etc. A.J. was mindful of our budget and cut corners when possible, however didn't sacrifice quality when specific items were required. He customized the server for our short and long-term needs, also created auto backups and additional off-site backup. A.J. made sure our laptops were all compatible and operating with this new system. Highly recommend him for all your computer software, hardware and configuration needs! Our new system is efficient, user friendly and backups scheduled automatically -- we have complete peace of mind now. Thank you A.J. for your expertise and work ethic!!

I give A.J. the highest mark for several reasons. First and most importantly, he approached my computer problem in a careful, methodical, systematic manner in order to get to the root of the problem by elimination. He completed the work faster than I expected - I had my computer back within 8 hours of contacting him and within 4 hours of me giving it to him. And he provided the lowest and most definitive (i.e. single fixed price) quote of all that I received. I was so pleased with his work that I paid him the fee that others requested. I would call A.J. again without hesitation and have since recommended him to friends.

Wow I must say A.J. has been a lifesaver! One night out of nowhere, my MacBook Pro completely shut off on me. I took it to the Apple Store for a repair and had the guys up there take a look at it. They told me they didn't know what the issue was and only suggested that I return my laptop to Mac and see if they could provide me with a new one (what a waste of time and money). I found this website and decided to see if there was anyone who could help me. I never backed up any of my documents and I really needed them for school so getting a new laptop wouldn't help much. I sent several people emails explaining my issue and although most replied, A.J. was the most helpful, attentive, and provided me with quick feedback. Since I highly value customer service, it was a no brainier to go with him. I sent my laptop to him for repair and to my surprise he went over and beyond by providing me with updates while working on the issue. I'm happy to say that I made the right decision! My computer now works just as well as before and all of my files were able to be recovered! Not to mention, it was also quickly returned to me and the service was reasonably priced. If you're looking for someone who TRULY knows what they're doing, communicates efficiently, responds quickly, and provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend this guy. You won't go wrong.
