Each session is an hour. The pricing is based on an hourly rate. There is no charge for prep work prior to each session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each session is about you and addressing your needs. We will explore your needs and the underlying reasons. We will also explore potential solutions and next steps. This process will empower and motivate you to move forward. All discussions are confidential.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to retirement, I spent 32 years as an HR professional and leader. I am an ICF certified coach at the ACC level. Certified in several self assessments.
