- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One on One Personal Training: $45-60/hour ($35/hour for couples) *Each personal training session is 60 minutes in duration. Discounts on training packages of 10 sessions or more. Five session commitment required. Initial payment is due upon scheduling the first appointment. Subscription based services available. *Pricing does not include travel surcharge. 30Fit: $30 for a 30 minute training session. An option for those with limited time and limited budget that want to take advantage of personal training. *Initial payment is due upon scheduling the first appointment. *Pricing does not include travel surcharge. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first session is FREE! New clients should expect a quality one on one training experience. This includes a free fitness assessment (posture analysis, movement analysis), Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, and training program. In my Outdoor Bootcamps new clients should expect a safe, fun, friendly, positive, and productive experience with other participants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise. I am also a full-time Project Engineer so I know how to communicate and manage my time effectively.
