- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always maintain professionalism. I start with a phone call and working out all the details. I make sure to stay in contact until the agreed appointment time. I always give 100% of my effort into all my work; new and existing customers. First impressions are lasting impressions and I plan on making lifelong customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up I assisted my mother with her janitorial business and we were all about the quality we provided and made sure to get every nook and cranny. Being a trained fire cadet I learned discipline and the value of hard work. I have translated these characteristics into Blue Moon Professional Window Cleaning and achieved loyal customers.
