Had an appointment for 12PM. At almost 2 I got a text that they were (finally) on the way. They didn't arrive until actually 4:30.When the person arrived, she literally had 1 swiffer and 1 vacuum cleaner and a few rags.No mop, no cleaning solutions except for the swiffer pads, no brooms, brushes ... nothing.I have no idea what the $170 was for. Vacuuming 3 rooms and passing a swiffer is hardly worth that. I could have easily done that if my job were so easy.Anyway, she leaves stating she has to get industrial strength supplies (a mop I guess) and cancels on us at 5PM by text.She tells me that the house has been flooded and/or abandoned for 6 months or something. I literally moved out of the house that day and wanted it cleaned for the landlord. It was so late in the day I had to do it. Not only did they not do the job, they took so long to inform me they wouldn't that I had no other options available.My suspicion is that that late on a Saturday they just wanted to clock out early and go home.Don't use this provider they may leave you high and dry like they did me.Edit...And from seeing the other reviews on here I think they heavily get negative ones removed and/or deleted. This is my true experience with this company and will try to get Google keep it up here if I can.Edit #2 -- ReplyApology accepted, one caveat.My house has never flooded, nor was it abandoned nor did it have black mold. That was the excuse given. A regular broom (not even a push broom) would have been nice. I have the entire exchange on my phone saved and I was not threatening, at all. My only "threat" was to write this review and I have done that.

Hi Rick, We are sorry for your perception of this intereaction with Clean Living Home Pros. Our policy is to walk thru every home before performing services. We evacuated your home and declined to perform the services requested due to the scope of work that would’ve been required to complete your request.We do not provide services to homes that have been flooded and or have the presence of mold. In addition, your response to our employees after they made you aware of this information was frightening. Some of the information your providing is not what the employees recall. We provide all our tools, cleaning supplies and towels to clean. We don't not carry heavy solutions or push brooms due to the fact that we are a residential house cleaning come. Again we apologize that our decision not to service your home put you and your family in a bad situation but the appointment was book based on a phone conversation, which we didnt know what the cleaners were going to walk in to. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do have standard pricing for our services along with hourly at your request. We also have special pricing for our Clean Living Service Agreement Customers ask how you can participate in the program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once engaged with the customer we gather all the pertinent information in order to schedule their appointment and make sure the interaction is seamless. We send the customer a priority list for there knowledge of the cleaning process. We then call the customer 30 minutes prior to coming to there home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our office, we have professionally licensed, certified and registered technicians on staff. As well as college-educated administrative personnel to help guide and improve day to day administrative activities.
