- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do have standard pricing for our services along with hourly at your request. We also have special pricing for our Clean Living Service Agreement Customers ask how you can participate in the program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once engaged with the customer we gather all the pertinent information in order to schedule their appointment and make sure the interaction is seamless. We send the customer a priority list for there knowledge of the cleaning process. We then call the customer 30 minutes prior to coming to there home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our office, we have professionally licensed, certified and registered technicians on staff. As well as college-educated administrative personnel to help guide and improve day to day administrative activities.
