- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not have a standard pricing system because no home staging project is alike. Pricing for home staging is determined by the size of the home, number of rooms that will be staged, and asking price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order for us to begin our space planning process we first start with an initial consultation to allow us to create a staging plan tailored to your home. During the consultation we will take measurements, photos, and detailed notes to help us map out furniture and assess the amount of furniture, artwork, and accessories needed to stage the home. Within 48 hours after your consultation you will receive a comprehensive proposal outlining all staging and furniture rental cost.
