Work was good but there were a lot of communication issues. It's a big company and the field service agent who came out for the quote has at least 2-3 people between him and the actual carpenter. The first visit, the carpenter did not have enough material because he thought it was only 9 feet of repair instead of 40. The second visit was the carpenter starting the work. The 3rd visit was painting an area he forgot the paint and replacing soffit that wasn't originally replaced. In the end, the work was good and it got done, I just wish it didn't take so many visits. It's easier to just have 1 point of contact than 3.

Corrected gutters done by my home builder and added gutters the builder never put in. With all the rain we get in this city, can’t believe the builder didn’t include them. Anyway, they were very fast and cleaned up well afterward. Love the lifetime warranty on parts and installation. Have already recommended them to others.

Josh from Berger Home Services was excellent - he quoted the job within two days of contacting him and scheduled the job within seven days. They did a very clean installation and were a pleasure to work with. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
