I got same-day service from Alex when I really needed it. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and didn't leave until I was satisfied the problem was fixed. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I was really impressed with his text that told me when to expect him. That kind of courtesy is important. It's good to find a professional who can talk to you and be understanding. He was very friendly and efficient. DNJ is the best choice.
