Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Bisi will teach your audience that whatever the challenge your organization/team faces—improving customer service, coping with change, inspiring transformation, improving corporate/team culture, recruiting and retaining great talent, building teamwork, fostering innovation—it all comes down to this: someone has to do something significant and recruit others to help. Someone, in other words, has to lead. And it doesn’t have to be the boss. Leadership is about who you are and what you do to change things for the better. "An employee led organization in the long run will always outperform a manager/overbearing CEO led organization." I call this the Movement Process and I challenge you to send me a note and lets get to work today. I am passionate about understanding your context and creating a talk that pushes social norms and creates believers on your team/organization. My seminars and keynotes are hands on with plenty of application that will move the audience to become top performers. This is what I was created to do; move your team/organization from where it is now to where it needs to be.

Bisi is an amazing man of God who makes the word tangible. His ability to apply his knowledge of the scriptures to what that means for our everyday life is invaluable. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is interested in not only moving themselves, but he provides the tools to help you help others do the same.

Bisi Ngwolo encouraged and motivated me to continue and get it done. During a 4 hour exam, I was devistated when I learned that I had passed the State but failed the National portion. I was ready to quit due to the amount of energy, time, and money I had spent on materials, classes, and exam fees. During a conversation after my failure Bisi expressed to me that even the greatest marksman misses his target, yet the marksman doesn't give up. He reaches for another arrow stays focused and lets it fly. Bisi stated that the only failure in this scenario was quitting. He told me to take a few days and relax the mind. I was hesitant to do so because I was scared that my brain would forget what I had learned. He assured me that the opposite was going to happen. Bisi said that the mind is similar to a computer and all computers need time to defrag and reorganized files so their systems can perform better, faster, and maximize space. Easier said then done right! I tried it and to my surprise it worked. Suddenly all kinds of info that I learned in the beginning and failed to answer in the exam emerged. Bisi then said to schedule the exam and to make a list on subjects where I was weakest and strongest. Then he said to study but not over do it because it's a good chance that it will just be a refresher.
