- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is very reasonable and competitive, considering that are "guess quotes", without knowing the amount of time that the job may take or attention that the place may need, just based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and sq. ft. that the customer describes in his or hers job request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every customer is different as a job is, that is why I always recommend a no obligation interview and a walkthrough of the place to be cleaned, for special indications and details, so I can have a better understanding of how the service is required and what would be my customer spectations.
