Introduction: As a private trainer, I have more than 5 years of personal training with many different clients. My experience is credited to the bachelors degree in Fitness and Sports I received from the University of Houston. My time in college, I had time to work part-time and being an athlete all my life I decided to personal train people to help meet their goals. My specialty is strength training and weight loss. I am not only limited to those talents but also bodybuilding for contest, strength conditioning, and nutrition are a few talents I have to offer. My personality and flexibility makes it fun and enjoyable for my clients to make their goals happen.
