Donald is not only a long-time mentor of mine, but he is a resplendent motivational speaker. We hired him to come and speak to our Sales & Marketing team and he rocked the house! Because Donald asks the right questions and really listens, he helped me to better articulate and understand the real challenges I faced as well as to develop a vision for my professional and personal life. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have list prices so that I am transparent, but those prices could change (be reduced) depending on the exact need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will speak with the organizer of an event, or a professional who needs coaching and discuss the exact need before developing a presentation, or before developing a coaching plan. Then we will move forward in agreement from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an IVY league degree, and an MBA along with 24+ years of post MBA experience.
