Irene was very quick. However I wanted my soffit vents cleared and insulation added. Irene said she would install baffles and add insulation. She did not add enough baffles in my opinion and the blown in insulation covered up the rest of my soffit vents. They insulation looks great but my soffit vents are still covered up
