- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally are costs are as follows: 1. Eviction Suit - $100.00 TOTAL for up to 50 Tenants (includes: complete case preparation, gathering evidence, providing a Texas compliant notice to vacate, filing the eviction petition with the court, military affidavit, and court representation on the day of the hearing); 2. Eviction Appeals - $500.00 TOTAL (includes: complete case preparation for the appeal, gathering evidence, witnesses, filing motions, and representation on the day of the court hearing); 3. Eviction Mediation - $500.00 TOTAL (includes: $500.00 for either a full day or half day mediation, drafting of a settlement agreement, prepping the parties, and screening for conflicts).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, when a new customer needs to evict a Tenant, we set up a free telephone consultation to discuss the needs of the individual. We then collect the relevant information and documents and proceed with the Eviction. We get Tenants out fast--or your money back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our court representatives possess at minimum a J.D. from a ABA approved law school or are licensed attorneys.
