Everything went great. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I am very difficult to please. Most importantly my life is happy and likes it. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Even company move out the refrigerator. I have already recommended talking to one of my customers, and I would strongly recommend to anyone. Very happy I chose this company! Nice father/son-in-law team who we were excited to work with to paint the interior of our newly renovated home. When they showed concern over the amount of trim (closets, crown, casings) we renegotiated the price to something that was fair for all of us. We paid them a portion upfront and progress payments when asked. The quality was okay and we assumed some of the issues could be worked out at the end of the job.
Unfortunately they simply walked away leaving us with a mess. He told me they had to focus on their core new construction projects as they were concerned about losing the confidence of that builder. We accommodated and worked with them on schedule. I told them we could be flexible but needed it done by a certain date to move in. We all agreed but they never came back. The response was that they were too busy and could get to it later or we could just hire another painter.
A couple weeks later, they've completely disappeared so my wife and I have been painting after work and searching for someone else to help. We're still scrubbing all the drips and spray off our new floors. All of the door hardware will need to be removed and cleaned or replaced as it's coated in paint. The cost of what we paid them, moving delays, cleanup, and ultimately hiring someone else will make this a VERY expensive paint job.
Save the stress and hire someone else.
