- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The 1st Step is that we "visit" on the telephone. If the new customer would like to move forward with a consultation (consultation fee), we schedule it. After the occupied and/or vacant consult, I provide recommendations and ideas. If the customer would like me to stage the property, I provide a quote. Of course on Thumbtack, I do provide pricing before an actual consultation. What I quote is not necessarily the final price, but it is close to it. There is also an "extension" fee for maintaining the staged furnishings for a 2nd, 3rd, or any months following the initial 1st month. Sometimes clients want to take my recommendations and handle the stage (more often in occupied homes). My job is "to stage to Sell"!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed a very extension Staging and Redesign course, provided by one of the original home stagers that has been providing training, internationally, for the past 10+ years. I am a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) which provides ongoing resources, continuing education courses, webinars, etc.... I have also completed a "Real Estate Photography" course so I am able to take professional photographs for clients to utilize online, once my staging is completed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I work with realtors, real estate investors, home owners, and builders.
