Sapphire Refinishing was INCREDIBLE!! The men are extremely professional, on time, thoughtful and clean up as they go. They did a wonderful job paining cabinetry, painting walls, refinishing our bathtubs and sheet rocking framed walls. They are very detailed and did an incredible job. I recently hired Sapphire Refinishing to redo the bathtub in the master bedroom and I was highly impressed! They provided me with a huge variety of different patterns to choose from, worked extremely fast, and left their work area spotless once they were done. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We provide fair prices and can match the competitors. We also give discounts if multiple projects are asked for and we always give warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When we start working with a new customer we give them a thorough explanation of how the job will get done and why every step of the project is necessary . We explain to them which type of paint is best for their project and what are the benefits of that particular product. We believe in informing the customers as much as possible so they can feel more comfortable with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every one of our employees first has to be an apprentice of one of our master refinisher, if we see that he has learn all that he can and seems capable of doing quality work we promote him and send him out on the field. We do not send people that we don't trust or that we have doubts about, because at the end of the day is our brand that they are representing.
