    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Private session 1person 30 minutes....$35 Private Session (2 people) 30 minutes....$25 (each) $30 Three sessions or more a week
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Typically I ask the new customer for his training and food habits. I like to know everything about favourite sports, favourite food, injuries, daily basis,...all that information is that I use to prepare workouts and meal plans. It is very important to know the details because everyday is different in our lives: jobs, kids, mood,... A meal plan or a workout that does not meet those situations, it is not worthy. When a customer can not complete the meal plan due to job issues, for example, is a future frustrated customer.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      I got my Personal Trainer certification in Spain, 12 years ago. My certification is recognized in the US by the International Federation Bodybuilding (IFBB). Two years later I got my Nutrition Certificate in the same federation (IFBB) I also have trained martial arts (Taekwondo), becoming Gold Medal in the Madrid Championship 2010 I have worked with up to 200 customers in all these years
