- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a set price for any packages! If you let me know your exact needs for our photoshoot/event, I will give a definite price based on time, desired amount of final edits, and location. I require a %20 deposit once we have set the date which will go towards your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking probing questions through e-mail/text to make sure I deliver the best service I can for my client! After our initial conversation, I keep in touch with my customers at least 3 days before our set date to make sure everything is ready in both of our ends. I also require to have an agreement form signed the day of our Photoshoot to make sure we are both aware of everything that will occur before, during, and after the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The knowledge I have with Photography are all through my personal experiences with clients. If I need to learn something, I would watch YouTube tutorials from Professional Photographers and I will be inspired to try it all on my own. I believe that with Photography, the best way to be trained is to spend the whole day with your camera and really learning the settings it has to offer.
