- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a Managed IT Service Provider, meaning we provide several branches of service regarding Technology under one umbrella. If your computer needs repairs, we give you flexibility to choose which method works for you. Either we come to your location or if you prefer drop off equipment to our office. We also provide remote support. If you don't know what the issue is with your devices, we do free diagnostics and let you know what the issue is. You can decide from there if you want to proceed with repairs. Most repairs can be fixed within the first few hours. For small - med sized business, if you want managed support, we need to do an assessment of your current network first. Then we provide you with a strategy and solution that works best for your environment. We are not interested in selling anything that doesn't make sense to your business and here for the long haul to retain a solid relationship. If your business is needing Social Media Marketing or Web Design, we first review your ideas, visions, and goals before making any needed suggestions, then we make your visions come to life. We've done work with Gas & Oil, Health, Property Management, Contractors, Agriculture, and many more.

Our staff has combined over 50 years of professional technology experience ranging from Network Switching & Routing, IT Project Management, PC Repair, Digital Graphics & Web design, and Security.
