- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fence's are quoted by the foot and type of material the customer requests. Wood jobs are by the hour and depending on the amount of detail wanted in the piece plus material cost. Welding is done by the hour plus material cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to meet in person to go over what the customers needs and expectations are for the job that they are requesting. We believe that face to face meetings can accomplish more than communicating via text or email to get a game plan to move forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mike- Since I was a kid, I have been working with my hands to take apart and rebuild things. I enjoy fabricating and creating designs for custom jobs with wood, metal, and concrete. I have been a certified welder for over 11 years and can construct anything out of metal. I am up for any challenge to meet you on your design needs!
