- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more equipment you want installed the bigger your discount will get!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with the customer to see what work they would like done, send a quote, schedule a date if completion,give a courtesy call to let them know we are on the way, arrive,complete the work, create invoice, cleanup our working area, pay invoice, leave. After a couple days give another courtesy call to make sure customer is still satisfied!!
