- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with the consultation process. I like to have a one on one phone call or meet up, and go over exactly what my customer's needs and expectations are. The more I know, the more I can personalize the event.

It started off as a hobby that gradually turned into an obsession. Not long after, friends were asking me to handle the music at their parties. Naturally, the next step was to starting charging for my services.
