After I terminated my previous attorney, I retained Sofia Bruera. My case finally moved forward and I would say is the best thing I have done regarding my car accident. She stepped up for the challenge. Even with a police report citing the other party at fault for running the red light and a witness that testified it was the other party's fault, it was not an easy case. The insurance company continued to litigate. Bruera Law Firm handled and is handling everything well... I definitely felt I had made the right decision. The case is ongoing but I believe that she will work her magic as she will go above and beyond to fight the insurance company. Sofia's knowledge and guidance is invaluable. Ms. Bruera and I spoke directly, there was no middle person as the other attorneys I spoke to had. Her voice was calm and listened didn’t interrupt me one time . 1st asked, how my daughter was not just what happened. After meeting with her the next day which she offered to come to our home but we met at her office. She made myself and daughter feel very comfortable and after hearing the full case she right away told me what was going to happen. Her fee was a flat fee even if it went to trial no hidden fees or 40% (too high) like the other attorneys. After reading about her on the web and meeting with her she made me feel I can sit back and she will do everything in her power for my daughter. She really seemed to care about my 10 year daughter and her dog bite. We felt she was a fighter we were not just another case on her desk. We feel very confident in her ability to represent my daughter .

You do not pay unless we win. We offer a free consultation over the phone or in person. We will also travel to you if you cannot make it to the office.

The first step is having an in person or phone consultation with the attorney to determine the legal issues in your case. You will always have a meeting with the attorney handling your case, not with staff members or paralegals. We are available at the office after hours and we are also available to travel to you.
