- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you book 5 lessons and pay in advance you'll get a discount of 5% if you book 10 lessons and pay, get 10% discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I ask some questions before the first meeting with a customer like what are some specific goals you'd like to achieve with lessons, what kind of level are you? etc Second, I'm meeting with a new customer and start a lesson right away, using proper materials, depending on level and age of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of Applied Arts in Music Education, (Classical Piano) and I'm a professional business trainer, with 5 years of experience training corporate clients on soft business skills such as communication, which helps me greatly to communicate clearly with my students and keep it up with them successfully
