Jerry and Mark are so AMAZING!!! Words can not express the relief these guys brought when they came and explained the plan and put it in place right then to handle my bat problem! I have 3 small children so bats in my walls are not ideal! They found a few other possible critter problems and showed me where they were and how they can fix it. They made me feel comfortable from the start with the whole process! I would recommend them to anybody as my first choice! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to introduce myself with a complementary, comprehensive pest related inspection that addresses their primary concern as well as exposing other related issues that most inspection companies do not look for. Then go over options and set expectations. The customers satisfaction is our primary goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have maintained a certified applicators license for 18 years and I have been solving issues related to rodents and general pests for over 25 years and have a perfect record of success. There are pretenders out there, I am not one of them.
