Ms. Haston, We appreciate reviews from our current and past clients, however, for everyone to benefit from such reviews they must be factually accurate. Unfortunately, we feel it neccessary to respond as this review is not only inaccurate, but also violates policy, our rights, and could be damaging to our business if not corrected or removed. Here are the facts: There are no tools or equipment on your jobsite. You were informed via email that we will complete the work to your satisfaction despite your failure to pay within arranged terms. You're property was not destroyed, however, you are correct that a $16.99 valve stem for one knob on your grill was damaged. This was resolved as such is completely and entirely covered by the 2 year concierge warranty included with the grill, and thus will have no cost impact to you. We have absolutely not been paid in full and your claim that we have is unsettling as both of our records show a balance remaining. Our agreement outlines this balance is due at final completion, therefore, we do not expect to receive such until the work is completed. We have already informed you, the completion of work is being scheduled around other projects as we provided you a 60% discount per your request and budget limitations to help you afford the additional grill we designed (at no charge) for you. The need for us to do so is also due inpart to your attempt to avoid/failure to make the prior payment timely coupled with the manner in which you went about doing so. The word promise is not one we have, at anypoint, used with regards to the schedule. We promised an accurate and quality product via the 3D rendering and agreed to such at 40% of the full time cost, therefore, can not reasonably produce such with out the equivalent consideration to schedule adjustments being upheld. This project is not complete, has not been paid in full, therefore, this review is without merit, inaccurrate, slanderous, and appears to be with the intent to financially impact our business in a negative manner by way of a public deformation of character in a captive marketplace. We kindly ask that you remove this review as it violates Thumbtacks review guidelines. Additionally, we request that you cease and desist any and all outreach to potential future customers via the request for them to contact you. Finally, should you have any questions or concerns regarding this request please contact our attorney via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you in advance, and please govern yourself in a lawfully when composing reviews. Respectfully, Bill Kuehn 832.630.8448 email@example.com
