- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to work on a project or retainer basis rather than hourly, Standard terms are 50% up front and 50% on completion. I prefer to quote a price after discussing my customer's needs instead of working from a pre-set price list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend as much time as possible talking with my client not only about the project but to understand as much about their business and their customers as well. The more I can understand how their products or services help their customers, the better I can help busineses connect with their customers in a meaningful way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received and continue to pursue training though American Writers and Artists, Inc (the global leader in online and print copywriting training). I am an AWAI certified Online Ad Writer and am currently pursuing certifications in other online copywriting disciplines. I have also received certification in Conversational Copywriting through Nick Usbourne who is a recognized leader in web copywriting.
