I offer two types of services, boot camps and private personal training sessions 1:1. Bootcamps: 150$/month for unlimited sessions, private training: 50$/ 1hr session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is an assessment, movement screening, exercise history, nutritional background.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two personal training certifications, I've been working in this field for 7 years.
