He did a complete inspection of the property and assured me that I did not have a termite infestation. He then explained what I needed to do to greatly reduce the likelihood of future infestation. He explained the difference between Eastern and Formosan termites. He explained the difference between types of chemical protection and the difference in cost. I felt that I was definitely in the care of a professional. We scheduled the preventive treatment; he came back and treated thoroughly. Throughout the whole procedure he was professional, polite and pleasant. All in all, a completely easy experience.
