When I decided to go into the Arts and Crafts business for events, I wasn't sure the best way to go about it. I found the Oteri Consulting Group online and contacted them. They helped me craft a strategy for entry into the market. They surveyed my potential customers and came up with ways for me to reach them. They researched potential competitors which gave me an idea of what the competitive landscape would look like. They looked at potential suppliers, and examined ways to get the best prices on equipment we will need to run the business. They also helped me come up with a strategy for pricing our products.
