- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our largest discounts to customers who book via thumbtack. You will see our rates on our website and social media are higher than what is shown on thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first interaction will be a pre-consultation via email, phone, in person. We will go over process of your expectations as well as what to expect. Contract and retainer request is sent via email. After the session a post consultation appointment is made. This appointment is to view your photos for purchase of prints, digital images, usb drive or albums.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both photographers studied photographer in high school and continue to go to CE classes or take online and in person classes throughout the year to better our knowledge to provide you with the best services.
