I’ve done all types of training, from CrossFit and body building to swimming and boxing over the past 5 years. Saif made me realize where my imbalances were and helped me correct them through GREAT, extremely targeted-to-your-body workouts. You can tell that he really cares about his clients, and is always FUN to workout with. It’s weird talking about him as my personal trainer, I feel like he’s my encouraging friend. Also best price for personal training I’ve seen.

I started training with Saif to increase my overall strength and health. I’ve been training with him for about two weeks now and can already see and feel a difference in my body. My flexibility has increased along with my endurance and strength. He is extremely encouraging and always open to requests (I have asked to target specific areas to grow or slim them, as well as help with certain chronically tight muscles and he has always tailored the workout to fit)
Great trainer, and overall great energy to be around.
