My agency offers counseling in the following areas: depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management; teen issues, marital/couples counseling; weight management and IVF counseling for all individuals regardless of sexual orientation. My agency has over 20 years of experience (male and female staff); we accept FSA, HSA, and offer financing and discounts. We do not bill insurance but we provide superbill for you to possibly get reimbursed. We offer in office as well as online sessions; the in office sessions are priced differently. Specialties include couples, pre-maritals and trust/conflict resolution. I will also send you my email address/website for ANY questions. one of the specialties of my practice is motivational life coaching. We have in office, online and telehealth availability. In life coaching, myself or one of my staff will serve as your motivator and guide to navigate the issues surrounding any or all areas of your life. We can help you to develop a bullet proof stress management plan, positive habits, develop meaningful relationships and develop professional/career goals that will take you beyond the limits of your imagination. We work with individuals to create and refine goals, understand their role in relationships and life, learn how to move forward in a positive direction, overcome procrastination, develop a healthy lifestyle, track progress,and delete negative thoughts, ideas and beliefs.
