- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Compass estimates are written per room with each price listed per item. All pricing is clearly listed. Any changes are done in writing with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Telephone call with customer to get a general idea of the scope of work. 2) Meet with customer to survey the job and gather measurements for estimate. 3) Write estimate and present to customer in person or via email. 4) Once estimate is approved begin work and stay in communication with customer on progress and any selections that are needed. 5) Upon completion a final walk thru with customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction business sense 1977 in different aspects.
