FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will not be the cheapest. when you book me, you are booking someone who cares more about the quality of my work instead of quantity. I will take time editing each photo and making sure it lives up to a certain standard I have for myself. I pray that my personal standards live up to yours as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
normally I meet a bride or groom on thumbtack and schedule a phone call with them just so they know I'm a real person before any kind of deposit is sent. Next I meet up with the couple face to face just so we all can put a face with a name and start to build a relationship. Once that is complete and the couple decides that they 100% want to go with me, I will send them a contract and an invoice. in order to secure your date and booking, a $50 deposit will be required. I handle business this way because by the time the wedding happens the couple already feels comfortable enough with me to have me hanging around all day just capturing every moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I devote a huge part of my time training. I'm very active in multiple training websites such as creative live and Phlearn. whenever I'm not at my day job, I am studying photography and discovering ways to delight my customers.
