I was moving into a new home and when my washer and dryer was delivered, the delivery people were rude and just utterly horrible. They berated my husband for the type of appliances we bought and refused to attach the pedestals to the front loader washer and dryer. I went on thumbtack and Wes responded quickly and said he could come out the next day. He was quick, efficient and really great to work with. I will definitely contact him in the future for all of my appliance needs.

Our move from Atlanta to Houston was physically, mentally, and emotionally draining. With all of the appointment rescheduling that was done along the way, we didn’t reserve anyone to unload the moving truck. Didn’t want to have to reschedule that too. Once we got here and received our keys, it was time to finally find someone who could unload the truck the same day. Wesley was the first to respond. We told him that we could grab the smaller things, but he told us to relax and said this is what he does. His words were true. That truly put us at ease because we went through a hot mess of issues along the way that were associated with the truck rental company. Wesley communicated the time he was leaving, when he was on the way, and when he arrived. He and Cedric worked quickly to unload our items into our 2nd floor apartment. These gentleman are personable and professional. We are tremendously grateful and will use them again!

Straight Truck Delivery were very nice and did a awesome job.They were fast and did an efficient job putting our bed frame and dresser mirror together and the price was affordable and they also went beyond for what we needed to be done.
