I have done massage and chiropractic for years to help counter the effects of a desk job. However I still continued to feel pain. Jeffrey performed both active isolated stretching and myoskeletal alignment technique and after only two treatments the difference was amazing. I have never felt as much mobility and movement in my joints. My posture also greatly improved, and I gained an inch in height! I'd highly recommend visiting Jeff.
